Suitable for

your wood and cork floors, as well as furniture, decor and toys. Our PNZ Oil interior offers open-pore, deep penetrating surface protection, it is highly waterproof and durable.

Product Characteristics
Consumption

The amount applied should be between 20-30 g per m², depending on the kind of wood and the cut of the wood, meaning 1 liter of 1 PNZ Oil interior is enough for approximately 40 m² per application. If too much PNZ Oil is applied drying can be inhibited. For concrete information run a test on the object on a discreet spot.

Storage

Cool, but frost free.

Cleaning

Clean tools with thinner or turpentine substitute immediately after use.

Contents

Binders based on natural oil and tree resin (76.1%), colza oil (20%), sugarcane wax (2.2%), cobalt-free drying agents (1.3%), oxime-free anti-skinning agents (0.4%).

Important notices

Safety data sheet available on request. Wear a dust mask when sanding. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Read carefully and follow all instructions. Stir contents well before and during use. Dispose of contents / container according to local / regional / national / international guidelines. ASN:080111. EU limit for this product (A/f): 700 g/l. This product contains a maximum of 5 g/l VOC.

Rags soaked with this product are prone to spontaneous combustion, as such keep these rags in a tightly closed container or soaked in water. Keep original container securely closed.

Application/Use
  • Surface has to be clean, dry and free of dust and grease (consider sanding).
  • Application temperature (including drying) above + 8 °C. Wood humidity < 18 %. Air humidity 60 %. Work can be continued after approximately 8 hours. Final hardness is reached after 10 days. Handle with care during this period and avoid exposure to moisture. Drying happens by oxidation accompanied by a characteristic odor so ventilate well during drying.
  • Works differently depending on surface characteristics. Apply a trial coat first.
  • Stir contents well before and during use.
  • Mend holes and cracks with an appropriate repair paste.

Apply the PNZ Oil interior thinly to the wood surface using a cloth, brush or roller. Let take effect for a short while and spread or polish until the surface appears dry (let no excess remain) and let dry. If needed repeat application after 8 to 24 hours. When applying to an already treated surface test compatibility with the prior coat. For further information on mechanical processing send an e-mail to labor@pnz.de.
