Suitable for

Impregnation of WPC, Resysta and synthetic rattan surfaces. WPC Impregnation evolution is a water based, transparent impregnation which is suitable for any WPC surfaces. Our product is made from natural oils, impregnates WPC surfaces open-pore, makes them weather-resistant and increases resistance against UV-rays. Effective defrosting agent for exteriors due to active, moisture-regulating surface.

Product Characteristics

Consumption

Approximately 50-100 ml/m², meaning 1 liter of WPC-Impregnation evolution is enough for approximately 10-20 m² per application depending on the surface. Corrugated surfaces can increase consumption (factor of 2-3).

Storage

Cool, but frost free.

Cleaning

Clean tools with warm water and soap immediately after use.

Natural waxes and oils, water, 2-butoxyethanol, additives, in-can preservatives (1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one (BIT), reaction mixture made from 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (CIT/MIT), advice for isothiazolinones allergics +49 (0) 8465- 173825).

Important notices

Contains reaction mixture made from 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazolin-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1), 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one. May produce an allergic reaction. To avoid skin contact use suitable gloves (nitrile). Wear a dust mask when sanding. Safety data sheet available on request. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of the reach of children. Read carefully and follow all instructions. When using multiple containers with different batch numbers mix them together in a bigger container. Dispose of contents / container according to local / regional / national / international guidelines. ASN: 080112.

Application/Use

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of frost and dust.
Use a suitable detergent to remove algae, grease, dirt and other contaminants.
Processing temperature (including drying) + 8 °C. Air humidity < 60%.
Stir contents and shake well before and during use.
Works differently depending on surface characteristics. Apply a trial coat first.

Apply WPC Impregnation evolution twice by brush or cloth (intermediate drying approx. 12 hours). You can coat over the partially dry product after about 8-12 hours. Drying period can increase depending on weather. Renew as needed, observe surface.
